Stellantis Pro One Uses Solutrans 2025 to Showcase Electric LCV Ecosystem and Factory-Built Customization

SHERIDAN, WYOMING - December 5, 2025 - Stellantis Pro One is using Solutrans 2025 in Lyon to underline its leadership in Europe's light commercial vehicle (LCV) market, combining a strong electric line-up, factory-integrated CustomFit conversions, V2G pilots and renewable fuel demonstrations to help craftsmen, SMEs and large fleets decarbonize without compromising capability.

Electric and Custom-Built Vans for Every Professional Use Case

On its Solutrans stand, Stellantis Pro One presents a broad mix of electric and combustion-powered vans configured through its CustomFit program, designed to address different trades and duty cycles from city logistics to specialist services. The display underlines that electrification and tailored conversions are now core to the Stellantis business model rather than niche options.

Key vehicles on show include:

  • Citroën ë-Berlingo Van Dangel CustomFit - 100% electric with enhanced 4x4 traction and a range of up to 298 km.
  • Peugeot E-Expert CustomFit Enedis - a fleet-focused configuration with V2G capability presented as a world premiere.
  • Opel Vivaro Sportive - combustion engine, extended cab, special edition aimed at craftsmen.
  • Fiat e-Ducato Van CustomFit Sortimo - 100% electric with bespoke interior, including dedicated flooring and panels, and up to 424 km range.

Outside at Eurexpo, visitors can also discover the Fiat Ducato Grand Volume and the 100% electric Fiat Ducato Tipper, combining payload, comfort and safety with the latest assistance systems for professional users.

Stellantis CustomFit: Factory-Installed Personalization at Scale

CustomFit is Stellantis Pro One's answer to growing demand for modular, tailor-made LCVs that still benefit from factory quality and warranty conditions. Vehicles are transformed directly in the production flow, ensuring consistent standards of safety, durability and delivery lead times.

The program covers cargo transport, technical services and a spectrum of specialized trades, supported by a global network of more than 550 certified partners who deliver conversions from tippers to highly optimized cargo vans. For fleet managers, this integrated model reduces complexity in procurement and aftersales, while helping align vehicle specification with operational needs and total cost of ownership.

Anne Abboud, Senior Vice President Stellantis Pro One, frames the approach clearly: "Solutrans is a major opportunity to reaffirm Stellantis Pro One's strength: a unique and comprehensive offer built on quality and customer focus. With CustomFit, we deliver high-quality industrial solutions tailored to professionals' needs, combining performance, safety, and support for the energy transition. Our commitment is clear: every professional will find the right solution for his daily business. Our ambition remains unchanged: to provide innovative, efficient, and sustainable vehicles that meet the evolving needs of all professionals."

World Premiere for Sortimo's SRS - Sortimo Rail System

Solutrans also hosts the world premiere of the SRS - Sortimo Rail System on a Peugeot E-Expert customization developed with Sortimo. The concept rethinks utility vehicle interiors as reconfigurable platforms rather than fixed installations.

The SRS Base-Kit consists of a floor and side panels equipped with a dedicated rail system, enabling shelving units to be installed in minutes, anywhere, without technical expertise or special tools. Customers can reconfigure fittings between jobs or reuse them after a vehicle's lifecycle, boosting both uptime and residual value. Available as standard modules via Stellantis or fully customized solutions from Sortimo, SRS sets a new benchmark for flexible, sustainable in-vehicle storage.

V2G and HVO Aurora: A Multi-Energy Strategy for Fleets

Beyond vehicles and interiors, Stellantis Pro One is using Solutrans to show how electric and renewable fuels can work together in a multi-energy strategy for fleets. Several models-Peugeot E-Expert, Citroën ë-Jumpy, Opel Vivaro Electric and Fiat E-Scudo-are now compatible with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) services.

V2G uses the battery capacity of electric vehicles to help balance the power grid and integrate renewable energy, through bidirectional charging and a service platform that controls charge and discharge cycles. Stellantis is participating in the EVVE (Environmental Valorization of Virtual Energy Storage) project, supported by the European Union Innovation Fund, to test V2G at scale in corporate fleets using a solution developed by EDF subsidiary DREEV. The offer will be available in France from the second quarter of 2026 and is already being showcased at Solutrans.

In parallel, two Stellantis commercial vehicles-a Citroën Berlingo and a Fiat Ducato-are on display at the show equipped with SP3H's FluidBox Micro connected sensor. As part of the HVO Aurora European tour, these vehicles demonstrate how fleets can monitor and certify the use of renewable HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) in real-world conditions without modifying existing vehicles or infrastructure, offering another lever to reduce well-to-wheel CO₂ emissions.

Performance and Market Leadership in France

Stellantis Pro One backs these technology and product initiatives with a strong commercial position. In 2025, the company holds a 39.3% share of the French LCV market and nearly 43% share in 100% electric LCV powertrains, confirming its leadership in both traditional and zero-emission segments.

For fleet decision-makers, the Solutrans 2025 line-up sends a clear signal: Stellantis plans to defend and grow its position in Europe by offering electric, combustion and renewable-fuel-ready vans that are factory-customized, V2G-capable and supported by a dense conversion partner network. This combination of product breadth, energy flexibility and industrial customization is designed to help craftsmen, SMEs and large fleets manage the transition to low-carbon logistics on realistic timelines.
